We understand that it is our success in delivering each day on our promises to our customers that enables them, in turn, to deliver on their promises to their customers.
We expect every member of our organisation, from workforce to management team, to accept responsibility and accountability for their role in ensuring we achieve this objective. To encourage this, we promote a culture of teamwork, mutual support and mutual respect.
Our workforce is, by its natural composition, culturally diverse. We work hard to foster a workplace environment where all employees feel included, appreciated, recognised and valued. We operate a ‘promote from within’ policy across all our divisions, with many of our current Regional Directors having made their way up through our ranks.
